My long-time friend J. is about the last person on earth I would ever imagine asking anything from anyone, so I am especially touched by her post tonight. It strikes me as extremely unselfish of her to make this appeal on behalf of her pet, knowing her as I do to be incredibly self-sufficient, and very private about her needs and troubles.
If you have a dollar (or two) to spare, please consider donating one for her sweet friend and companion. I believe in karma and I know it will come back to you ten-fold. If you don't please send up a prayer and a good thought.
