Baby O arrived today. He is completely adorable. He was 9lbs 6oz! His mom was such a tough warrior and had a totally natural birth! His dad was a strong, gentle, unwavering support. They made an excellent team. Congratulations Brittany and Nick!
I love being a doula. It is so tiring (although not quite as tiring as birth 
) emotionally and physically, but so very rewarding.
It is such an honour being in the presence of such a pure little soul on the day they arrive in this world. It never gets old.

Oh what a sweet CHUBBY face! I can't imagine what that job/privilege is like. What a wonderful experience to share with so many. Congrats to the parents and the new family.
I've always thought it would be very rewarding to be a doula. Good job!
Well done to the mom and dad on producing such a cute but BIG baby naturally! Kirsty, you seem to attract the big ones!! Well done on being an integral part of it! He IS gorgeous!
